  • How do I set my bouncy castle up?
    We provide all the required equipment to setup our castles - it takes less than 10min! Check out the step by step instructions here, or detailed information here. We also have a video guide available!
  • Do your bouncy castles have to be set up on grass?
    No! They can be set up indoors with added weights, and outdoors on concrete. Our safe operating procedures provides instructions on how to do this safely.
  • Do your bouncy castles have age restrictions?
    Our bouncy castles are meant for everyone - but do have maximum weight, and height restrictions. Check out our detailed instructions for more information!
  • Do you deliver and set up?
    Yes! We deliver & set up all over Canterbury. For any inquiries outside of Cantebury, contact our team - we would love to help out.
  • What happens in the case of rain and wind?
    Our castles can withstand light wind and rain, but safety is our utmost priority. Castle hires will need to be rescheduled in the case of predicted strong winds (>25km/hr). Any cancellations due to rain will need to made 24 hours prior to your booking for a full refund.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my bouncy castle hire?
    We kindly ask that you advise our team as soon as possible! Any cancellations 24 hours or earlier prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% refund (bouncy castle hire only). Any cancellations between 12 hours and 24 hours prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% store credit for your next hire (bouncy castle hires only).


Event Hire are legends. It rained on the day of our garden party, and we realised we would need a marquee. From our 7am phone call (that was answered on a Sunday morning!!) to their can-do attitude, to getting a last minute team together to come over to Akaroa and erect a clear marquee all before our guests arrived at 2pm… It was literally unbelievable the effort they put in to make this happen for us on the day.

Easy to deal with and team was helpful with ideas, hired a gazebo, outdoor lights, gas heaters and speaker. They did all the set up and it looked fantastic.


And came the next day to take it away. I would hire from the team again. Thanks guys
