You are welcome to collect your products from our warehouse in Wigram, or we can provide full delivery, setup and packdown. Both of these options can be selected at checkout.

How do I set my bouncy castle up?We provide all the required equipment to setup our castles - it takes less than 10min! Check out the step by step instructions here, or detailed information here. We also have a video guide available!

Do your bouncy castles have to be set up on grass?No! They can be set up indoors with added weights, and outdoors on concrete. Our safe operating procedures provides instructions on how to do this safely.

Do your bouncy castles have age restrictions?Our bouncy castles are meant for everyone - but do have maximum weight, and height restrictions. Check out our detailed instructions for more information!

Do you deliver and set up?Yes! We deliver & set up all over Canterbury. For any inquiries outside of Cantebury, contact our team - we would love to help out.

What happens in the case of rain and wind?We kindly ask that you advise our team as soon as possible! Any cancellations 24 hours or earlier prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% refund (bouncy castle hire only). Any cancellations between 12 hours and 24 hours prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% store credit for your next hire (bouncy castle hires only). Any bouncy castle cancellations less than 12 hours prior to your booking start time will be eligible for a 50% store credit for your next hire (bouncy castle hires only). The remaining 50% will be held by Event Hire to cover any costs incurred for planning, administration, cleaning or loading.
